Privacy Policy

  1. Overview

iDutch (iDutch.co.uk) is committed to protecting your personal information. This privacy policy relates to our use of any personal information you provide to us. Our privacy policy does not apply to the practices of other companies advertised, or otherwise listed, on the iDutch web site, nor does it extend to people that iDutch does not employ or manage.
  2. Collection of Information

iDutch WILL NOT collect any personal data (i.e. your name, email address, telephone number or any other contact information), unless you explicitly provide us with that information. iDutch may obtain and hold certain anonymous data (i.e. information which does not identify you), such as the type of web browser, IP address and the date of any requests or submissions made to our servers. All our online forms explicitly depict which fields are required and which are optional. In most instances personal data (i.e. email address) will be waivered as "optional" or "not required".
  3. Use of Information

Your contact details are NEVER released or sold to any vendor, partner or third-party and will NEVER appear on the iDutch website. It will be clearly stated at the time of any submission if any data (NOT contact details) will be displayed on the iDutch website, for example, "your name" and "comment" might appear under a "blog post".
  4. Communication

If you supply us with an email address via one of our contact forms or directly then we will use that email address to communicate with you regarding your query. We will retain your details for the improvement of iDutch and future communications. If, for any reason, you do not wish us to retain your details for these purposes then please let us know either when you first contact us or at any time thereafter. iDutch reserves the right to deliver email messages to any user that has subscribed to any of our outbound mediums such as "Newsletters" or "Updates". Such mailings will always include detailed unsubscribe information, providing users the option of removing themselves from future iDutch mailings.
  5. Cookies

A "cookie" is a small harmless text file stored in your web browser. We would use a "cookie" to remember your preferences when interacting with any of our applications and it would also permit you access to any restricted areas. "Cookies" will NEVER contain any personal information.
  6. Security

Our databases use the official AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm to store any personal contact information (ie. your email address). Our database is also secured in a protected location and access is restricted to iDutch staff.
  7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

iDutch reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. If significant changes are made we will post a prominent announcement on our website notifying you of those changes.
